The Eton Team continues to grow! We would like to introduce you to the newest member of our Leadership Team, Florian Fischer.
Florian joined as Vice President of Product Management – Reporting. Florian has more than 10+ years of experience developing B2B enterprise software solutions across the financial services, legal, and transportation industries. He has built out and managed product management teams at listed companies and privately held start-ups.
Most recently, Florian was Chief Product Officer at Pageant Media, where he was responsible for developing a content and database platform and API solution for investors and managers in asset classes such as hedge funds, real estate, and private debt.
We are committed to engaging with and learning from leaders in the family office industry. To further that goal, we will be attending the Family Office Exchange (FOX) Forum in October, where Rob Mallernee will be speaking on a panel discussing “Intelligent Family Offices: Changing Our Way of Thinking and Operating.” We are looking forward to discussing with family members and office executives how other families have transitioned into the family office of the future.

Our team is always interested in learning ways that AtlasFive adds value to your business. One client, a large MFO, saw firsthand how AtlasFive can immediately catch errors that would otherwise go unnoticed for weeks (or longer). The office was using AtlasFive when a custodian entered a wrong digit for a capital call transaction and sent the wrong amount. The custodian processed it without catching the mistake — but AtlasFive flagged the error twice in the client’s exception reports. The family office had the fund manager return the surplus amount when they saw the exception report. This family office executes a high volume of transactions, and without AtlasFive’s prompt flagging of the mistake, it could have gone unnoticed.
